Absolutely heartless and bureaucratic. They are referral only institutions so even though your child only needs about 10 minutes of a doctor's time in order to relieve intense pain and fever, they don't care they want you to have to go to urgent care first to get a referral even when influenza A RSV norovirus and Etc are all going around and you tell them explicitly that you have four children coming with you and don't want to get sick again this year putting your infant in the hospital again.
