Their staff is top tier. I want to see doctor Anwar after 3 year at covenant cardiology not haveing any answers. At my first appointment , he was able to prescribe a medication that I have been trying to get on for 6 months at covenant got me a referral to a rheumatologist.Did all the paperwork for the prescription. Also is staff is also top shop really Karen their Medical assistant , who was on the phone relentlessly , with c v s specialty pharmacy for weeks, going back-and-forth with phone calls. Terrible service from this place. They set and change appointments without checking with me. I've been out of my heart prescription for 3 weeks. They denied it a couple times and then said they would refill it but there was obviously some issue and instead of simply trying to get it fixed they wanted to argue about how they couldn't possibly be an issue. I was on the phone with someone and she hung up on me. My actual doctor I can only guess he used to be a pediatrician because he speaks to me like I'm five.
