I have been going here since last year and my diagnosis. I find the Physicians, NPs, Nursing staff, and office support staff to be very professional and knowledgeable while also being friendly and caring. They are absolutely top tier medical personnel and support staff offering helpful, timely and compassionate care.
Dad was discharged 13 July from MidMichigan Gladwin. I called that day for an appt as per his discharge papers. It has been 5 days and still NO RETURN PHONE CALL!! We are EXPECTED to.follow discharge papers to ensure care, yet how can we get that EXPECTED CARE when NO ONE INCLUDING THE DOCTORS REFUSE TO RETURN CALLS TO MAKE APPTS???????? UNSAT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
