They did a good job cleaning for the most part except they kept adding on costs even though we pre-agreed a rate and for those items to be cleaned. For example we agreed to clean the balcony and they did not clean it. Also added $150 for walls to be cleaned but then did not clean balcony walls. Marco’s response was that the balcony only meant 1 balcony, but if that logic were to be true then “hallway” would mean 1 hallway…. I'm usually a home cleaner, so quite skeptical when it comes to using a cleaning company but I was pleasantly impressed by the quality, attention to detail and thorough service provided by myMac Services. With my apartment, they have went above and beyond the spots ive asked them to clean - they put everything back neatly and carefully as the apartment is furnished from tiny details from the cushion and tea towel placement. We’ve used the services of my MaC services over the last three years to clean our glass doors, windows and balconies. I’ve found Marco and his team to be very reliable and professional in all aspects of the job. Would recommend them to anyone seeking cleaning services on the lower North Shore.
Hired My MaC Services for an end of lease clean, the two girls that came did a fantastic job the place was spotless, cleaner than when I first moved in. I had no problem getting bond back, would definitely recommend.
