Dr Chua was very nice and friendly. However, most of the appointment was spent chatting about her own life and asking my daughter about school and her future plans, which had nothing to do with the reason for our visit. We came for a simple follow-up immunisation, and were charged for a long consultation ($180). It felt like we were billed for conversation rather than medical care. I made an appointment specifically to have warts removed the receptionist knew that when I called to book appointment. Not only was my Dr 30 mins late to appointment time of 10.45am. I was charged a consultation fee to be told by Dr wouldn't be done at this appointment when it was the sole reason for booking this appointment. The receptionist with light red hair was rude and dismissive and honesty this is theft. I am so disgusted.

Consistently having bad experiences. Called and asked to book a 20 min appointment for a care plan. Got there and was told they can't see me because I didn't book a 'long appointment'. I didn't even book it, the receptionist did and I told them during booking how long it would take (because a different clinic doctor told me it would take that long). Tracy Reece argued with me but finally said she will 'squeeze me in'. The appointment took around 5 mins anyway. Receptionist are often rude and passive aggressive.

Dr Henricks is incredibly empathetic & has amazing bedside manner. The lovely staff at the front reception are always so kind & welcoming. Such an excellent medical centre.
