Consistently having bad experiences. Called and asked to book a 20 min appointment for a care plan. Got there and was told they can't see me because I didn't book a 'long appointment'. I didn't even book it, the receptionist did and I told them during booking how long it would take (because a different clinic doctor told me it would take that long). Tracy Reece argued with me but finally said she will 'squeeze me in'. The appointment took around 5 mins anyway. Receptionist are often rude and passive aggressive.
Dr Henricks is incredibly empathetic & has amazing bedside manner. The lovely staff at the front reception are always so kind & welcoming. Such an excellent medical centre.
Was seen promptly on my first visit. Confident, competent and attentive doctor. Very good service overall.
Always a positive experience with friendly efficient staff, wonderful Dr Tracey Reece and medical care team. Reassuring to be in safe hands no matter what curveballs life throws at us. Thank you for the very best care we could wish for our family over many years :0)
