Was a new patient after moving house. The day before initial information form was simple to fill in, as the more detailed medical information was asked at the appointment. Staff very helpful and non bulk bill costs and process were clearly explained. Doctor was prepared to use the appointment time to discuss matters relevant now but note med history for any recommendations for future follow ups. Found experience was one which clearly outlines the services they provide and appointment focuses on your health needs.
