My Wife and I had looked around at a few companies to get a Verandah put up in our back yard, a few companies quoted over the phone but MyLiving outdoors took the time to come out and talk to us have a look and go over options and ideas a service that no other company offered, from start of the process to the finish the process was streamlined with communication the whole way through, the tradesmen that were involved were top quality. We are so happy with the finished product, we couldn't recommend MyLiving Outdoors enough!
The whole team at MLO from Adam [sales], Heather & Wendy [office], Arron & Jarrod [supervisors], Richard & assistant [ pergola installation], Major [electrician], Craig [blinds], & Marty were terrific & very professional to deal with in every step of the process & would highly recommend them. Smooth & stress-free from start to finish. Well done by all.
Went through about 14 different companies who said no to our retaining work because of rear access. Vern from MLO was the only one that said yes and two crane lifts later we have this amazing retaining wall project. Its better than we could ever of imagined. A special mention to Dave (on site contractor) who was truly amazing! A huge credit to MLO. Thankyou for making our dreams come true.
We had positive experiences with My Living Outdoors from the planning stage to the completion of brick paving for our backyard. Adam & Vern were helpful in the planning stage giving us creative ideas for the paving patterns to use for different backyard zones. Shane & Andrew did a high quality job in the laying of our pavers in accordance to our plan. There was clear communication throughout the project which made it an enjoyable & hassle free experience.
