Don’t use this company. Got to a different one. They are not transparent & if you have a problem they will send your account to the debt collector rather than working through it with you. I would give them Zero stars I could. Go directly to the contractor they use he is great. My area has been waterlogged the entire job & I’m now worried about the integrity of the wall!
This is the second project (retaining wall) that we have undertaken with MyLiving Outdoors and we cannot fault the quality of workmanship, their professionalism and the end product. In particular the latest was carried out in a more confined space which added to the degree of difficulty. The workers were very friendly and accommodating as were all the contacts with the company throughout the process
