Bought a hot tub for my husband for Christmas, in November, they call me Christmas eve day to tell me they sold mine to someone else, that was paid for and to be delivered 4-6 weeks.
Walked in the place and no one would help us. There were two girls behind the counter and neither would come up to us and ask if we had any questions or needed help. Poor service. We walked out and welcomed our business where they appreciated it.
Did not have what I needed.
