Had a very bad experience with this company. I recently purchased a 2001 F 350 7.3 Powerstroke and brought it in the Myles Diesel back in April. I was told I had fuel leaks in my truck but the company was short diesel techs so I was patient. The reason why I brought my truck there was for a crank no start issue. I was told , even though they were short of techs that once they stop the leaks then the crank no start issue would be addressed. Going into the month of may I would call at least 2 x a week. Got in for a cruise control not working they insisted it was related to emissions check engine light fault they repaired that check engine light came back on after 20 miles and cruise control wasn’t fixed after being told it was fixed …I was so done with this place.
OMG!! these guys were amazing , me and my husband were looking for a shop to see what was going on with our blinkers. I called Myles and Bre was so nice and understood my questions, she also guided me to her shop ( not from this aera) with ease, once we arrived Byron checked us in and said we wouldn't be long and boy was he right out in under an hour . thank you Myles Fayetteville we will definitely be back.
