Had to get towed in because of DPF issues with my truck in a derate. And I left 3 days later with the exact same issues and a 6600 bill because they spent 3 days not fixing things that were not the issue. It was the ECM the entire time. And I tried telling that day one. They went from I need a part after part after telling me my truck would be ready this day and this day and it never was. Never even offered me a ride. I had to Uber around town 3 days. And find food and a place to stay. And charged me 1800 to tow my truck to ... read more
