This doctor is a complete joke. Office called me with test results and then had me pay to do a video chat that last two minutes and then dr kobern gives me wrong test results when I told him the results were wrong he told me their is a 5% chance he never tried to retest me after I was positive the results were wrong. And he claimed he would send medication to pharmacy never did so maybe they realized they gave me wrong results never called to apologize or follow up with me. This office is absolutely awful. This is more against the office/Optum then Dr. Kobren himself - You're waiting for at least 30 minutes before being seen and that's after jumping through hoops on the phone to try and get an appointment, and then they have to reschedule you anyway! What's the point! I've been seen by Dr. Kobren my entire adult life and he has seen my mom too, but I'm switching doctors, this is too much effort. It shouldn't be this much work on my part to be seen by a doctor.
Wonderful staff and doctor. Warm and helpful in every situation.
