I had a good review for Freddy before, but I recommended him to my tenant and he ran off with 380$ !!! He wouldn’t even answer his phone or anything !! Not even man enough to answer the phone. Pitiful. I would have never recommended him if I knew he would do this. Definitely on drugs or something. A mans word is his bond, and he lied like he was going to do the job and never did it - got a 250$ deposit up front for materials he claimed he needed. He asked for 130$ for more supplies and stuff.
