It's too bad that inadequate staffing on the part of Crestwood Medical Group has reflected poorly on this practice. My husband and I have moved around a lot for work; as such, we have had to deal with a number of different insurers and change primary care providers quite a bit. I'm so glad I found Dr. Morton when we moved to Huntsville. We both see her as our PCP, and she is wonderful. Intelligent, kind, patient; she is one of the few physicians I've had who truly listens. 100% recommend.

I would give a lower rating if possible. My Mother who is 89 went for her 1st appointment and could not find the office. The address for the Dr. is listed on Google as 120 W Dublin Dr Madison, Al. My Mother after driving around searching for the office, called the Dr's office and was given a different address. She of course arrived late due to going to the wrong address, driving up and down that road searching for the office, calling them and then finally arriving at the 2nd location. I went to MYLENA MORTON M.D, SEVERAL TIMES . SHE IS THE FRIENDLY AND POLITE . BUT ON THE FLIP SIDE IF I MADE A APPOINTMENT IT TOOK A WHOLE MONTH TO SEE HER.? AND HER STAFF (..WAS ONE OTHER WOMAN , WHICH WAS RUDE , ) WAS ALL I SEEN THERE? THE EXAMING ROOMS ARE WAY TO SMALL , she good at referring patients out for different things , like urine samples,or any blood work or any other x-rays ,,,none is done at here office?
