Showed up at 0230 for an open appointment of 0700-1400. There was only 1 shipping dock, so i backed up to it so that I would be out the way. Was awaken around 0800 to fill out paperwork and was given clear instructions on what to expect as far as loading. Super friendly and very straightforward. co-driver will need to sign check-in forms as well, so be prepared ahead of time to not interrupt their break.

I use Diclofenac sodium 1% Topical Gel. It works good but WHY DO YOU HAVE IT IN A METAL TUBE!!!!!!!! It's a total pain to get the last of it out! It's hard as a rock. I have to cut it open to get it. AND IT'S VERY SHARP! Why would you do such a thing?

This product burned my skin in several different areas. I thought I received a bad batch but the next box did the same.

UPDATE... I was awarded a refund. Mylan made a deal with the pharmacy so that they got product to replace what was lost and the I got my $ back. Thank you Mylan for stepping up. Much appreciated. I was prescribed their lidocaine patch by an ER doctor. I picked up the prescription from the pharmacy went home showered and dried my skin. Waited 30 min to apply patches to ensure that my skin was dry and the patches would stick. Took 1 patch pulled the clear sticker off and applied the patch to my shoulder.
