First time my husband visited this establishment for some jewelry repair he was told they were too busy and should come back after the holidays. When I lost a very special earring we stopped in to see if they may have something to replace it and again get some jewelry repaired. We were met by a large man who aggressively walked us out of the store telling me they did not have any post style earrings. We were treated like criminals. Mark was incredible to work with. He helped me create my dream engagement ring. He is patient, kind, and detail oriented. A couple of months later, we went back for our wedding bands where he was nothing short of wonderful yet again. He will be our jeweler moving forward without a doubt! Highly recommend.

I went here to have a custom copy necklace made of a close friend of ours who had gotten his necklace from Italy, Mark told me he could make it custom and as “a friend of the family “gave me a deal of $8000, when he said, my friends necklace had to be worth 10 grand. I trust him and I was wrong. I ended up not needing the necklace and asked Mark to sell it (never been used) , He said he would but a year later it still hadn’t sold, I had asked him for it back. I am beyond grateful to the incredibly kind company that was able to fix my Diamond earring that had been lost at my school for over a month and someone found it in my school parking lot.
