Let the buyer beware,,, – Very rude on the phone. Actually hung up on us while trying to inquire about their leather cleaning service. To hell with them.
Poor service and rude. – They ruined a leather garment and refused to do anything about it. Plus, service was very rude! I definitely would not recommend using this company.
Quality Affordable – I had a leather jacket with a 10' long L-shaped rip repaired at Rawhide. I was impressed that it only cost $10. They did a good job and offered to sew it too for the same price. I declined and she told me that if I ever have trouble with it to bring it back and she'll fix it for free. It's been a few months and no trouble so far, so it seems to be holding up fine. My only complaint is that their hours are not long, so call first to make sure they're going to be open when you get there! I highly recommend... read more
