I was referred to Dr. Bartkiw for a broken wrist, and I was immediately impressed by his focus and intensity. From the beginning, he was determined to make the right diagnosis and recommend the best solution, which ultimately required surgery. Throughout my recovery, I felt confident that he was fully focused on my healing process. Without any hesitation I would recommend Dr. Bartkiw — just be prepared for direct and straightforward conversations, which I personally appreciated as I value candor in health discussions.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bartkiw and the entire team at Center For Advanced Orthopedics (CAO). From start to finish, the level of care received is truly exceptional. Received text to show up 10 minutes earlier to my appointment for Dr. Bartkiw. Waited 1 1/2 hours, being told he’s behind not sure when I’ll be seen. I explained that I use transportation services and they can’t wait any longer I need to leave. The assistant and receptionists never apologized, seemed to have an attitude because I was leaving. My time matters too, please be respectful of that and apologize when you’re in the wrong. Very disappointing!!
