MyHouse at macarthur Sqr charged me more than the website price (incl delivery). Just after paying I noticed that they charged more. I informed manager. Also found that, there are spots on the pillow. Manager denied to refund, exchange, give the price difference saying this is their closing down policy. I told them how can closing down price be more than normal price and can’t change the items - again they said they can’t do anything. Very bad, unreasonable and rude.

Very rude staff member and the manager was trying to be defensive. But I do really appreciate the customer service team over phone who resolved the issue in no time regardless of the manager's effort not to help the customer.
