I met with Zach and Christian and spoke with Jeremy a number of times to help us with our hot tub choices. They are prompt and helped us with a solution to our existing problem with a previous merchandiser and our new used hot tub came with a hot tub kit, stairs and a laminated instruction sheet. The delivery people put it exactly where we wanted it. It is now heating up in our yard. My husband’s birthday gift was saved. So glad these guys were available for me to speak to and I could not be happier!
I would like to thank the customer service/ technical support team and especially my technician, Liam Obrien. He came out when it 20 degrees and windy to replace my power pack. His attitude was extremely wonderful, despite the cold weather and got my hot tub power back working. I pre ious purchased my hot tub last March, and it’s been so far a wonderful experience with the tub and customer service. Alexis McKown was excellent as far as customer service goes! She helped me out with my tub issues and got me up and running in days. I would definitely be doing business with them again.
If you want a spa made as cheap as possible with the least amount of customer service you came to the right place. As a former dealer of Strong Spas they are terrible and incompetent and that's being nice. If you need service they don't have local service techs although thats what the salesperson will tell you. Call around and see who will service their tubs before you buy and you'll see what I mean. Buy from a local Spa place with a long history of customer service.
