My aunt bought from and had a good experience, so I contacted them. I explained my dire situation, which was unique. I had a major accident in March 2022 and was more than 1000 miles from home and my wife was in trauma unit in hospital. I fully explained that I needed a new car, and fast as mine was total loss. Paul is extremely helpful and I had used these guys with my last 2 leases as well as my husband. Paul gets the job done and make the process of buying or leasing super simple. Def recommend and leave the hassling and negotiating to the right guys!! ✅️
After reading all the 5 star reviews I got in touch with them some time in June 2022. I was looking for specific make and model and I was aware that the car market was/is tough out there. But they only searched for my preferred choice for 1-2 weeks and said I need to cool down for couple months and see if the market gets better. I wait for couple months, reach out to them around September and the person who was assigned to my case, looked into it for only ONE day and no update whatsoever since then. Will pursue my refund.
