As first home buyers and builders I can’t fault MyhomesWA. Danny was great and incredibly patient while we deliberated our choices. We learnt a lot in the process too. We just moved into our home after waiting a few years - which sounds bad however we built in city of Joondalup and it took a year and a bit for council approval due to our unique design. Im charged $1400 for illegal dumping that occurs before practical completion and site is still under their management. I'm now told to complete payment and receive keys even though some work has not been completed, like shower doors. So now I have to accept an incomplete house, pay in full and have to arrange at my own time access to contractor to come in at a later date to fix shower door.
