Absolutely outstanding experience with My Homes WA. From the beginning, the level of service, communication and genuine care was exceptional. The whole process was made easy and straightforward, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble, the knowledge, professionalism and attention by Danny Kouris has been second to none. Building a home can be stressful but having Danny guiding us has made an enormous difference.
First time building an investment property in Perth. Apart from a delay with the land title the whole process has been smooth and stress free. Construction time was just under 12 months. Communication was good. Turnkey package for just over $400k was quite good value as well. From sales through to construction everyone has been quite attentive and responsive if I needed information. I would use this company again.

They really show their true colours once your home is finished. In our case, they claimed the build was complete,even though several issues from our independent inspector’s report were left unresolved. There are so many errors throughout the house, and they’ve made it incredibly hard to deal with them, especially John, who refuses to listen to customer concerns.
