I've had the handover a few months back and been living comfortably in my dream house ever since. Danny and the team were amazing. They were helpful and informative over the course of the build. It’s been incredibly difficult dealing with My Homes WA. To anyone building with them: please make sure you hire an independent inspector. If there are unresolved issues in your inspection report, do not release the final payment. Don’t be swayed by their sweet words, they’ll tell you they’ll take care of everything until the build is complete, but in our case, that hasn’t been true at all.
They really show their true colours once your home is finished. In our case, they claimed the build was complete,even though several issues from our independent inspector’s report were left unresolved. There are so many errors throughout the house, and they’ve made it incredibly hard to deal with them, especially John, who refuses to listen to customer concerns. My Homes WA have completed my dream house. The quality of the build is like a display home. The communication from start to finish is a stand out from many others. I was updated fortnightly on what was or wasn’t happening. Any query I had was annswered usually within the same day or the next at the outside. The team are amazing.
