According to my family, some vital home care services—including essential meal deliveries—have been discontinued without notice or explanation. Very poor communication, very frustrating to organise anything, unreliable company, charging for sevices that they didnot provide. Do not keep to what was agreed to when mum signed to contract . The support workers nice it the company is the problem
