According to my family, some vital home care services—including essential meal deliveries—have been discontinued without notice or explanation. Upon visiting the home, my brother discovered: Rubbish piled up throughout the house Animal faeces indoors Dishes unwashed for days My mother left lying on her side in bed, No food or meals delivered My father (Level 3) overwhelmed and unable to care for himself or my mother We have since been told by staff that there is “not enough funding” to continue providing the required care. t... read more

Very poor communication, very frustrating to organise anything, unreliable company, charging for sevices that they didnot provide. Do not keep to what was agreed to when mum signed to contract . The support workers nice it the company is the problem

Kim was lovely but 1 of the cleaners wiped the toilet then proceeded to wipe the sink. Also wiped the garbage bin and then the fridge door. Used a knife which made loud scratching noises to clean the glass shelf in fridge. Woman washing mum was a bit rough and fast. Some were nice but it always seemed to be a headache.
