they consistently cancel social services for my mother at the last second. their cleaners are half arsed and also cancel at the last minute. if they dont smarten up theor act ill be pushing my mum for advocacy as this is completely unacceptable

According to my family, some vital home care services—including essential meal deliveries—have been discontinued without notice or explanation. Upon visiting the home, my brother discovered: Rubbish piled up throughout the house Animal faeces indoors Dishes unwashed for days My mother left lying on her side in bed, No food or meals delivered My father (Level 3) overwhelmed and unable to care for himself or my mother We have since been told by staff that there is “not enough funding” to continue providing the required care. t... read more

Very poor communication, very frustrating to organise anything, unreliable company, charging for sevices that they didnot provide. Do not keep to what was agreed to when mum signed to contract . The support workers nice it the company is the problem
