We are having a nightmare experience with this company. The entire process has been like pulling teeth and a complete disaster. I am supposed to move in next week after 3 months of them "renovating." (We were approved to start work on 6/21 and today is 9/19). We've asked a number of higher-ups to step in to help manage and no one seems to be keeping tabs on the project.
