I was kind enough to remove my negative review in the middle of the renovation as the business promised to fix the delay, which was never taken seriously. Contract signed with them on July 2021, and the project officially ended (if we could even say end!!) ** August 2022. It was a one bedroom apartment (converted to two bedroom), without them doing the painting and a few other things due the high cost, - somehow this small project took more than a year. We are having a nightmare experience with this company. The entire process has been like pulling teeth and a complete disaster. I am supposed to move in next week after 3 months of them "renovating." (We were approved to start work on 6/21 and today is 9/19). We've asked a number of higher-*** to step in to help manage and no one seems to be keeping tabs on the project. We are thrilled with the way our project turned out. Two bathrooms, a kitchen, new lighting throughout. **** made the process seamless from design to execution and through the beginning of COVID no less. We are so grateful for all the care that was put into our apartment. My space has been transformed!!

I recommend My Home in every possible way. The contractors , designer, the prices all were superb and professional. We had ******* P, ****** P and **************** Each person brought so much help, advice and professional behavior to my very large **** sq foot gut renovation. All of them we available and a calming presence thru out a very big project. They were accurate on the pricing and time as well. I will actually miss them now thst this is complete.

The designer Ben P. was very professional and easy to work with, and he was especially patient with the extra time needed for decision-making on my end. Rafael P. was the diligent project manager and was particularly mindful of the day-to-day questions I had for him and the on-site team. Our kitchen was completed in December of 2019 by MyHome. Unfortunately, our experience was not as positive as the others who have posted here on BBB. Hence the reason I feel inclined to share almost a year later. We would not recommend MyHome to anyone. Shortly after completion, we noticed that the drawers installed on our kitchen island were all misaligned, along with some of the hardware on cabinet doors. MyHome proved to be the right choice before during and after my project ended. My project coordinator was Andrew and he was incredible to work with - both in the design and execution phases. He was always responsive and flexible and I felt really comfortable asking him tons and tons of questions.
