Just an update 9/1/26. Still haven't heard back regarding a refund for the deep spring clean service that was attempted. I really should have read all the negative reviews before engaging this company. Please read all the negative reviews first. This cost me over $800 and i ended up with a damaged oven door handle and many things not cleaned properly or missed. Took a few visits to get the clean right. No issue with that as they get used to my needs and the house. Then I changed the day. A new cleaning crew came out which was not advised. I was not present for the clean. When I got home not one of the toilet bowls was cleaned as well as other things like benchtops not cleaned properly. Upon advising I was told that they were cleaned according to the cleaners. After going back & forth for a week no compensation was received or a reclean at not cost as per the advertised guarantee. I wouldn't use this service again, very disappointed with the outcome. Our lease was coming to an end and we requested a full end of lease clean for a 3 bedroom house. On our arrival, we noticed there was so much that was left uncleaned (from kitchen, to wiping down drawers). As our lease was ending that week we decided to just finish the job ourselves. Very disappointed.
