Dr Rachel Joen was very racist to me and was looking at me up and down with disgust like I'm not supposed to be here. I felt so horrible and was crying the entire day because of how she made me feel. She need to be fired.
Disgusting attitude for a Doc. Dr Rachel Joen, was very disrespectful, rude & unprofessional dealing with me when I reviewed with her post-op. I was going through so much pains post my operation, described my symptoms & needed to re-up my meds - She looked at me weird like I'm some junkie & said "I don't know you so....blah blah blah.". The way she spoke with me was absolutely disgusting, she made me feel so degraded.
