Clinic gave me a call to book an appointment, pronounced both my first and surname wrong. I advised that I was on holiday and therefore unable to come in for an appointment, therefore would prefer a telehealth appointment instead. Staff replied telehealth is not available and that I had to come in due to an urgent test result. I got 3 calls from 3 different staff over multiple days asking me the same thing, even though I already explained my situation during the first call. One of the best run medical practices with friendly staff and Dr Michael Yang is the best doctor I have ever seen. He has been very thorough, caring, super knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and deal with. I hope that I don't need to see the doctor but when I do, I hope to be able to see Dr Yang at this practice. Thank you
