Dr. Loqman is a very good Primary care Physician and she has a very warm and caring bedside manner. I feel this office is very efficient and good for any primary care need.
Year back it was such the perfect place with the best doctor but now I would never recommend it , the day they came under NYU everything is just messed up there. The staff knows nothing how to do what to do , even for a prescription request you have to call 10 times and may be then they'll send the req to pharmacy. They book the appointment and then always let you wait for approximately an hour before you are called, and if you get late for the appointment for 10 or 15 minutes they say you can't see the doctor today. Me and my son been attending this facility for the past 2 years and it has been nothing but a wonderful experience the staff is friendly and knowledgeable the doctors are very thorough will continue to be a patient at this office....
