Caring gentle informative staff
I went for my first ever mammogram and I was SCARED. My friends had told me how painful the process was and I really didn't want to go. But I knew I had to go. So I went. I told the technician that I was feeling scared and almost backed out. But the technician was SUPER kind. She put me at ease and was extremely gentle.
