I would rate the service and my haircut a 4. The man was pleasant and he was focused on what he was doing while cutting my hair. What threw me off was the fact that I was led to the sink for a hair wash before the cut even though I didn't say I wanted one. I told him I had already washed my hair that morning, which was just 3½ hours ago. He muttered something that seemed to suggest that it had to be done.
