Although we were impressed with the intake information which included family counselling and one on one with family members who also had addiction issues and were part of the past history leading to our son going to rehab. Also the guarantee of leaving with a sponsor. After 28 days and being told he was more than ready to leave rehab, he relapsed 2 days after he left. Like many, I thought my use of alcohol was 'under control' and normal despite my then wife and loved ones expressing their concern.
