MyHab taught me so many emotional life lessons that should be taught at school: identifying and managing emotions, empathy, active listening, healthy coping mechanisms, resilience in the face of challenges, self awareness, self esteem, understanding different perspectives and building positive relationships. The poison of choice is not the main problem. Thank you for everything. You are all amazing!

I have just finished Myhab's 90 day residential program and cannot recommend a better facility in Melbourne than this one. The facility is brand new. The living apartments were beautiful, immaculate and big rooms with your own toilet and shower. A great variety of food provided with your own selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gym membership at one of the best gyms in Melbourne. Hammers gym. Huge gym with everything you need and all sorts of extra classes ranging from boxing to jui jitsu to spin classes.
