Angela has terrible customer service. She put me on hold then hung up, then when I called back she put me immediately back on hold and I didn’t even say a word. Once she picked up she knew exactly that she was talking to me without me even saying anything. Pretty unprofessional since we’ve been dealing with this business for years.
Friday around 620pm on us75 going northbound in McKinney van 6582 tgx5995 was going minimum 85+mph on the highway. I do not know if these drivers pay are judged on time of delivery but this is a speed no company van should be going.
The worst customer service from the warehouse They make you wait more than 30 minutes They’re always with the worst attitude It bothers them if you even ask for a different part number They can help to check for supply part numbers
