Great experience with renting with this company. Really simple check-in process and the home was clean and just as advertised. I originally inquired through VRBO but ended up booking directly with MGH site to avoid additional fees that VRBO puts on their bookings.
Stay away from this company. I had made several attempts to book on VRBO and TWICE i was told by an unapologetic customer service person (Anna) that sorry somehow it got booked on an other website. The second time, I had specifically told her "we are taking this condo, please remove it from all listings" I was send a 4 page documents to sign, initials in a million places and by the time I turned it around, I was told sorry it has been taken again.
