Just filled out an online form and they said they wouldn't buy the wedding set I was trying to sell because it was not name brand. The ring I'm trying to sell is unheated, untreated natural Montana sapphire with Canadian diamonds set in platinum appraised at $9700 from a very reputible source. The first thing they said was they dont buy gemstones like that. I asked, then why do you have a list of gemstones to choose from in your online form?
