We are so grateful to Marc, who helped us with a complex citizenship application through a UKF type from Cameroon. We finally succeeded after a reconsideration application was made. Excellent service from Marc. He helped us through a fairly complicated family visa application. All of his communication was very clear and accurate always ensuring that we were well informed and calming my wife and i down when we would get a bit stressed.
