My doctor told me to order the graphite, metal inserts. I thought they were expensive, but they came quickly and seemed to be just what the doctor ordered. I wear a size 6 1/2 shoe and I’m glad I sized down to a five. I suggest you measure your shoe before ordering. The size 5 is perfect for a 6 1/2 shoe.

Hammer toe cushion is comfortable from the first time worn. Material more flexible and cushioning than other brands. Arrived quickly and correctly with samples of other useful products.
The dancers felt footpads (the left and the right) are really surprisingly great for my Morton’s neuroma. I dreaded wearing most of my shoes and now I’m doing ok with these pads. The gel pads never did much for me by comparison.
