Everything was fine....both product and service. The big problem for me is the proper placement of metatarsal pads in shoes without a removable insole (such as Skechers).

My doctor told me to order the graphite, metal inserts. I thought they were expensive, but they came quickly and seemed to be just what the doctor ordered. I wear a size 6 1/2 shoe and I’m glad I sized down to a five. I suggest you measure your shoe before ordering. The size 5 is perfect for a 6 1/2 shoe.
