I’ve been using My Foot Shop for a few years! I did a lot of research and this company hit all the marks for me. Fast shipping and responses, and a wide range of products that are excellent quality and hold up to daily use. FWIW, most of my needs are metatarsal- and arch-support related (foot and knee issues). I’ll be back, again!
I ordered a nail clipper. It arrive broken. I sent a photo. I said I wanted a credit & for them to supply a label for return. They did. I returned it ASAP. Tracking shows they rec'd it over a week ago. They SAID they credited me & to wait 4-5 days. I did. Still no credit. Wednesday I will ask my credit card to reverse charges.
Customer service was wonderful. They arranged to get me the product I needed with quick turnaround for a trip I was leaving on shortly, and the customer service rep I talked with made sure I had the correct size. Thanks y'all for great service!
