Went there for battery replacement and they broke my phone’s side button. And instead of fixing the side button all I heard was bunch of excuses.
Their service isn’t what it was before. Day before yesterday I went there to get a privacy screen , first of all , the lady behind the counter didn’t let me know that they only have the matte privacy screen available and then she fixed it for in such a way my front camera is completely blurred. Charged me 40 AUD. I’m going back there today to fix it but honestly why keep inexperienced people ? Ridiculous.
Excellent service! Kabir was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed my phone quickly. Highly recommend this store great experience overall!
