The space is so intentionally created and so welcoming. The energy of everyone I meet here is pleasant and look forward to each time I get there! S-factor especially has shifted a lot in me personally and very much appreciated all the energy exchange with powerful women! I highly recommend making a visit here!
Sadie is a very dedicated teacher. She holds amazing space for you and is so positive with any progress. She knows her stuff and is very helpful in explaining and teaching!
Learning pole and S Factor with Sadie has completely improved my relationships - to myself, my desires, my self image and my capacity to play and experiment with my inner goddess self! Highly recommend! Every woman should know how to pole dance, mostly because it's a ton of fun! Amazing supportive environment and the studio is a goddess temple !
Book a class— don’t even think twice about it, just do it! I promise, you will not regret it. Sadie, and her studio space, is incredibly welcoming, safe and confidence building. The people you’ll meet and the things you’ll learn about yourself in Sadie’s classes are priceless. This is a very special place and I highly recommend it.
