Terrible service, couldn’t help me over the phone so doctor promised me a refund, i’ve been waiting for a week - no refund, my calls are not picked up, no answers to my emails that I’ve sent to find out when they’re going to refund me. Honestly, a scammy clinic, don’t waste your time and money on this.
Did a pathology test referred by this practice. Have been chasing them up for my results for over 6 weeks. Impossible to contact them as no one answers their phone number.
Terrible service. Did an online booking and it said the payment did not work so I didn't go through with the booking. They then took the money out of my account. Then proceeded to try and call their contact number to find out what went wrong and it continuously said there was no one to take the call for over an hour and kept hanging up on me. Do not use this pitiful service.
My experience with this online service was very positive. The responses were quick, sincere, and helpful, and I was able to get the guidance I needed easily. This consultation method is very convenient and practical, and I definitely recommend it to others.
