i’ve been going to this place for about a year And the customer service is phenomenal But what I don’t like is that I feel like they prolong your treatment By trying to get you in and out of there within 15 minutes and most of the time its for them to just to change the color rubber bands on your teeth. Also I hate a greedy ass business. There’s absolutely no reason why there should be a $50 late fee for being two or three days late on your payment. I understand some sort of late fee, but $50 is a lot of money in this econom... read more
i love the experience here!
Dr. Oliveira is super sweet and patient. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She even took half of my bill off because of mis-information that I got about the consult being free and she understood my frustration. The rest of the staff were super nice and friendly also. I would definitely come here for your braces or retainer needs!
