Dr Rhonda is amazing! I have never had a bad experience at this practice at the town center from amendment I walk in to the moment. I’m taking back to when the doctor comes in. They have all been wonderful.! Dr. Rhenda Yeah she truly cares about her patience. The girl helping me find frames was absolutely amazing and then I found out it was her birthday and I wished her happy birthday and she was so excited. I just can’t say enough about this practice. I love all of them there. Great customer service
MyEyeDr is not impressing me right now nor giving me reason to go back. My appointment was on May 29th, 2020. I called at the two week mark about my glasses and was told the lab had them but they had not shipped back yet and to give it another week. Next week goes by and no word. I call June 25th 2020 and was told my account was locked for some reason and I would recieve a call back by 1pm/2PM. Never was called.
