My children and I have been coming to this location for the past few years. We love our Dr. and the staff is usually pleasant, however, I have recently encountered an unfortunate situation with little regard to the practice. My glasses were ordered after my annual eye exam, and took the standard time to be shipped to the office. My glasses arrived, I went to pick them up and the prescription was not correct (I could not see out of the glasses).
