Had a very professional welcoming experience. Shay and Tina are excellent in customer relations. They are asset to myeyeDr.
The staff MyEyeDr provided great customer service and handled my children with care during their appointment. Ms. Tina greeted us with a smile and was great at assisting us throughout the appointment.
Tina is very pleasant and I love her attitude. She is definitely a people person and she treats everyone with kindness and respect. When you walk up to the front desk, she always greet you with a smile. Thanks for all you do. Keep letting your light shine.

My appointment was not recorded properly and when I call a day before they said it was no appointment then they gave me an appointment for next day and when I showed up there was not a trace of any appointment then they gave me an appointment for the next day and I showed up 1/2 hour before appointment but they didn’t call me in until 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment Won’t even try to ask for a referral to this office ever in the future In the middle of this mess Mrs Tina did help me to calm and proceeded to fix th... read more
