Dr. Tom has been our eye doc for decades. He is tremendous, and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Always kind, professional and helpful.
My son had an emergency. He had eye pain cause he got poked in the eye. I called in on a Saturday and the staff wanted me just to walk in. They accommodated us on their fully booked day! I was relieved cause the other my eye doctor in Forney only take appointments and it was on next week! Absurd! So, thank you guys and Dr. Hall for everything!
Terrible service!!! This location “SEEMS”outwardly good-natured and helpful, but they are actually ruthless and unprofessional. They also basically try to harass and pressure you into buying cheaply made, overpriced glasses, and treat you rude if you deny all of they’re up charges or unnecessary suggestions. They take forever to return phone calls, and provide solutions for issues… overall I do not feel like they actually care about helping people improve there vision. The staff at this location are extremely rude and racist. They ignore and talk over you, and do not appear to truly want to assist you. Very disappointed.
