I loved the staff at St Clair’s Eye Dr. Erica and Reggie were absolutely wonderful. The Technician was great as well. These people makes you want to come back but unfortunately I was not impressed with the Doctor I saw. She was rude and I did not like her attitude that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I have never been so disappointed. Today this eye doctor has lost my business indefinitely. I arrived at my appointment 12 or 13 minutes late, due to my living over an hour and something away and the doctor would not see me. To add insult to injury, when the front desk receptionist tried to ask if she could be a little lenient and flexible because of how far I had to drive, the doctor would NOT compromise. RUDE RECEPTIONIST!
The Doctor was very condescending. Once I got to the guy that took my order for my glasses - I couldn’t understand him behind his mask. When I said I was hearing impaired and couldn’t understand him - he yelled at me. I am not stupid - just hard of hearing. He threw in charges that I wouldn’t have consented to and overcharged me. Won’t go back.
Staff very courteous and take their time with you. They explain everything thoroughly and provide excellent service..
