My experience here was very good. The staff were very quick, polite, professional and clearly knowledgeable, answering all my questions. In particular, Dwayne Scott was extremely professional, kind-hearted, and helpful. I appreciate his philosophy to customer service and he did an exceptional job in instilling a sense of trust in me and going above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be going back to this location and, again, in particular Dwayne’s professionalism is a significant factor in this.
Receptionist called me 7 times in a row before leaving a voicemail to see if I was confirming an appointment which I had already confirmed online. I will just continue to drive to the Ansonia office as I have been doing. Extraordinarily inappropriate for a doctor’s office to call like that. Please provide me with a number that I can make a formal complaint to.

I have been a client since this was Vision Plus. I was promised my glasses within 10 days and now after almost a month they say there is a delay with the frames. After multiple calls and them telling me that the manager is not there once again I was told to call back Monday or Tuesday. I will be looking for another eye doctor. It is unfortunate that this new company has ruined the reputation of business that had such a good standing in Orange.
