Sandra, the office advocate and aficionado, was professional, informative, extremely polite and personable - all qualities seemingly lacking yet crucial in today’s business environment. She is always a true pleasure to deal with and definitely a keeper at any cost. Thank you for a great experience. I go nowhere but here for my annual eye exams.

My 13 year old daughter had an 11 am appointment for a contact lenses fitting today. We arrived 10 mins early and waited over 40 minutes. The place was a zoo. 3 patient were called in before us. As a professional who manages a dental practice, if we are running behind, I would want to at least reassure my patients that will be with them right away and at least acknowledge they have been waiting for a while. My experience here was very good. The staff were very quick, polite, professional and clearly knowledgeable, answering all my questions. In particular, Dwayne Scott was extremely professional, kind-hearted, and helpful. I appreciate his philosophy to customer service and he did an exceptional job in instilling a sense of trust in me and going above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be going back to this location and, again, in particular Dwayne’s professionalism is a significant factor in this.
Receptionist called me 7 times in a row before leaving a voicemail to see if I was confirming an appointment which I had already confirmed online. I will just continue to drive to the Ansonia office as I have been doing. Extraordinarily inappropriate for a doctor’s office to call like that. Please provide me with a number that I can make a formal complaint to.
