So, we have been patient's here for years, and have seen all of the changes that have been happening. My wife and daughter had an appointment on May 5th, which was a long time coming after having the appointment rescheduled due to the Dr. being out of the office. I should’ve read the reviews before booking. I don’t usually go to this office but my usual was booked out. I got an email my appointment was canceled on my way to my appointment and I called to ask about rescheduling and the reception genuinely seemed so irritated with me for saying “ hello I missed a call” she repeated in an irritated tone “I left you a message already” several times rather than just saying “the doctor is out we unfortunately need to reschedule you” I would have no problem with that at all. They are booking virtual exams on line, but it is not made clear that your appointment will be virtual until you arrive. I booked an in person exam but was 5 min late. I sat in the waiting room for 15 min and then was told I was 15 min late so my exam would now be virtual. Young workers so It is a bit chaotic in the office. My family has been loyal customers since the practice was Vision Center. We will no longer be customers.
The staff and Doctors are top of the line. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable, courtesy and extremely professional and polite.
I ve been to the orange ct branch a few times. I love Dr Lung. But she needs to replace the staff. They are rude on the phone. They never return your call . And they talk about other clients when they leave. There is a skill needed when dealing with customer service. And that staff needs to go back to school .
