Ok seriously this place is AMAZING. The staff is so super friendly, they even offered me home baked bread…seriously this is the kind of customer service I’m talking about! I needed a pair of contact lenses to hold me over until my next appointment and without any hesitation they delivered promptly! How kind! Karen & Sandra are so so wonderful. Even a smiley on the bag, like are you kidding me?? This is the place to go.
I just wanted to take a moment and thank Sandra, Ceili and especially Dwayne for the time and effort they spent fixing my broken glasses. The screw on one side had come off and my glasses were in two pcs. I brought them to Walmart where I had gotten them and the lady was unable to fix them. Before I had to purchase a new frame and possibly lenses I figured it wouldn't hurt to try another place. I was at another store next to the Orange MyEyeDr and figured I would give them a try. I recently purchased eyeglasses and I must tell you I couldn't have meet a nicer staff then this one. Sandy, Dwayne and Karen were the most professional, kind down to earth employees I ever met. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Eileen DeLoughery
