I have been a client since this was Vision Plus. I was promised my glasses within 10 days and now after almost a month they say there is a delay with the frames. After multiple calls and them telling me that the manager is not there once again I was told to call back Monday or Tuesday. I will be looking for another eye doctor. It is unfortunate that this new company has ruined the reputation of business that had such a good standing in Orange.

Not sure why this practice has poor reviews, my experience was perfectly easy and pleasant from scheduling online to the front desk ladies to the nurse and dr ferreira - in and out no issues with getting my rx renewed, and accepts my insurance.
Came in to get my sunglasses tightened (purchased from elsewhere) and Dwayne was super helpful and kind! It took less than 5 minutes!
What a fun informative and thorough experience our visit was! Thank you for helping put our special needs son’s nervousness to rest! Thank you for taking such good care of our family!
