I booked a appointment online it does not say they don't expect huskey insurance anymore the receptionist was very rude . They even called me back not once did they ask what insurance I had wasted 3 days when I could of booked somewhere else. Do not recommend this place Royal vision in downtown is the best place.
Quick and informative. Everyone had a great attitude and the staff was very knowledgeable.
The staff and Doctors are top of the line. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable, courtesy and extremely professional and polite.This above part of this rating is for the Orange, CT store. As far as the Whalley Ave store in New Haven, CT, the actual Doctor is awesome but the floor staff, the receptionist is very sarcastic but the worst one, namely ANDREW is very rude and disrespectful. I’ve been going here for years, love it super fast and the receptionist Sandra is very friendly she’s great.
Worst communication ever. I called to make an appt and of course I’m redirected to an online appt system. so i decided to follow their instructions & make the appt online. The day of my appt, they couldn’t find my info or my appt (even tho im an established patient there), they told me that i made a typo on my phone # online and when They called me to confirm the call didn’t go thru.
