The eye exam I received was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend The Eye Dr to who ever needs professional assistance from an eye doctor. 🤓
Had a 220 appointment got there and the office was closed until 220 for lunch. It was 100° out and the door was locked. Unable to get in there were available appointments before 220 when I first signed up so it was an arbitrary closing I would’ve expected to get a phone call saying we won’t be open until 220 the start of your appointment. Dr. Kendrick is excellent that was a failure.
My wife and I came there and wasn't greeted or helped by the three females sitting in the empty establishment looking at their cellphone. We looked at a few frames unattended, left and made purchases elsewhere. The usually professional business was a anything but!
Lens $277 is ridiculous……. I never paid that much for lens .
