I declined to get my eyes dilated due to it not being covered by insurance and dr joel saslawskywent on a tangent and said, "that's sad that you dont care about your health!" Completely unprofessional and took it personal that I declined something. Then he was completely offended when I said he was out of line and unprofessional. Will not be going to any My Eye Dr locations ever again. This put a bad taste for all locations.
My eye dr receipt shows $779.00. My credit card charge shows $823.00?
Amazing experience! Phenomenal customer service! Ms. CeCe, helped me pick out a pair of frames when I felt as if I had no hope in doing so. Ms. Latrice was overly patient with me during my scheduling process up until my appointment and it’s closure. Ms. Shabria (If I heard her name correctly) was very professional throughout the duration of my service. Again, thank you all!
Latrice and cc were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs.
I have seen Dr Kendrick for years. He is thorough and efficient. There was no wait on my visit today and I was done in 30 minutes. This has always been the case with Dr Kendrick. It’s the only medical appt in my life that is timely. No waiting forever to see the doctor or getting to the exam room just to wait and wait.
