Worst experience of my life! The front office staff was extremely rude to customers and staff. We I was having my eye exam done, the eye doctor spent more time texting and talking on her phone than providing me care. I will never go back to this facility in Hernando. The glasses that I picked, which are supposed to be name brand, has caused nothing but trouble for my face. The “paint” is coming off the arms of the glasses which causes the side of my face to itch. Eye doctor was great. Rest of the staff, not so much. Been wearing contacts/glasses for over 25 years, never had an experience like this one. Just terrible. Not knowledgeable. Not contacted appropriately or promptly. Didn't care about my time. Just bad. Don't go there.
I found the staff and the eye doctor to be friendly, professional,and extremely helpful. Mai and Ashley are fantastic, the others that are sometimes there - not at all friendly. These two and the doc were great. I will call ahead to make sure these two gals are there before I go in to pick-up my glasses.
Terrible customer service. We get excuses as to why our order has not been received >5 weeks. The customer is the one that needs to be proactive, the office seems to accept the issues.
Examination very thorough one of the best I've had. I found everyone very nice and they have a great process as one person starts the exam and the Dr. does the detailed exam. I had no problems at all except experience delays in getting my contacts. So maybe suggest a proactive followup about week after they are ordered. Just wanted to add I called today (day 13) to see if my trials came in yet. Was advised yes but there are 3 different kinds ...
