The place was amazing but the costumer care was terrible Dr Jani was talking rudely to me saying my bracelets were useless and she was getting loud at me and getting mad at me because I said I don’t like wearing glasses and she saying how about I pay for them myself and see how it is and being extremely rude to me I don’t recommend coming to see Dr Jani
I came in and got an eye exam and the doctor was phenomenal, but whoever the sales person was told me that at the time because my insurance would only cover my frames and a regular pair of lenses and not the anti-glitter coating that goes on the lenses, then I could come back in at anytime and pay the balance of roughly $50 to get the frames and glasses that I had picked out.
