Dr. Jones is a super nice guy. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Quick in and out with no waiting. No one pushes the fancy/high end stuff, only what you need. Not sure what more to ask for.
I have been using this location because of the what I thought was connivence of Saturday appointments. Little did I know that in March, I made an appointment with Dr. Alan, arrived 20 minutes prior, then 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time was told "we are sorry, he is really slow and it may be another HOUR or longer until he sees you, we are trying to adjust his schedule to prevent this in the future"...ok, I thought it was just a bad day, so I rescheduled. Doctors and doctor assistant are courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff. Every visit has been marked by passive-aggressive attitudes, dismissiveness, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. Simple questions are met with defensiveness—for example, when I asked if my frames looked crooked, I was told flatly, "No they’re not," only for it to be proven otherwise moments later. Always have a great experience here. I have been seeing Dr. Allison Young the past few years for my annual eye check up. She is nice, professional, extremely thorough with her exams and always answering all of my questions/concerns. The rest of the staff here is nice as well! Would highly recommend!
First, the dr was great. First dr to explain why I couldnt wear contacts. But the staff is so poor, I will nevwr go back or recommend them. Rude, short, didnt iffer help. Only gave the the highest price possible and did not offer other suggestions till I said I couldnt afford and was walking out. When the glasses came in, I cant see. They said "Well just take them home and wear them". What part of I can nit see did they not get. Another rep finally worked with them some and still sent me home.
