Went in to pick up my glasses lenses and the lady ended up altering the frames of my glasses. They were extremely wide and loose fitting. When I asked her if she changed something about the frame because they felt big. She said cutting the new lenses to fit can alter the frames. The actual lenses that she cut are not a smooth cut like my old lenses they look all bubbly causing my clear frame to look dirty. The lenses now keep popping out easily. Great visit all around (except the stairs) ear to ear smile when I tried my new glasses and contacts. Had a terrible experience with a different eye dr last year and was not expecting much BUT it was great they went over and worked with what little coverage I had fantastic results :-}

Every year I visit here it’s always the same FANTASTIC service!!! Dr. Paul is the man! And what else can you say about Richard the guy is simply a pleasure to work with . They were able to fit updated lenses to my old Persol frames. Could not be happier. Thank you Dr. Paul, Richard, and all the team!
